Information about our out of hours callout service
We provide an out of hours callout service weekdays, Monday to Thursday 6pm until 10pm and Fridays 6pm until 8pm on available days.
We provide an out of hours callout service on weekends, Saturdays 6pm until 8pm and Sundays 10am until 8pm on available days.
We aim to attend within no longer than 3 hours of your chosen appointment time. This service is intended as a make safe and for minor repairs. The booking must be paid for in advance, if payment isn't made during the booking we will call you to take payment over the phone before we visit.
The out of hours callout service is charged at £115-00 for the first hour at your home and £35-00 for every subsequent 30 minutes at your home.
We will provide you with upto one hour of our expert time at your home to diagnose or repair the problems you have. If additional labour time is needed we will communicate how long and how much this will cost to you at the earliest possible opportunity. Any costs to you in materials and/or parts will be given before we carry out any installation of them.
All materials and/or parts will be charged extra to labour costs.
Travel time to your property is included in the first hour call out charge
What types of callout situations will you attend for?
We attend your home for the following examples, this is only a guide:
Boiler pressure low and cant top up the pressure
Boiler leaking and cannot contain
Radiator, radiator valve, pipe or fitting leaking and cannot contain
Unable to turn of heating due to faulty controls
Gas has been capped off by northern gas networks due to a leak
In the description please provide as much detail as possible of the fault, this will help us to have the parts or materials with us when we attend.
If we cannot carry out a full repair on the visit we will schedule another appointment at your convenience, if parts or materials are required to remedy the situation then we will provide you with a quote the next working day to your email address. This may also be communicated to you on the callout visit instead.
